Đánh giá hiệu quả vận hành của các gian hàng kinh doanh sản phẩm gia dụng trên Shopee Việt Nam bằng DEA-BCC và hồi quy Tobit

DOI 10.54404/jts.2026.218v.05

Tóm tắt

Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của thương mại điện tử làm gia tăng số lượng gian hàng và mức độ cạnh tranh trên các sàn giao dịch trực tuyến, khiến việc đánh giá hiệu quả vận hành trở thành cơ sở quan trọng để nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh và tối ưu hóa hoạt động kinh doanh trên nền tảng thương mại điện tử. Nghiên cứu này đánh giá hiệu quả vận hành của 186 gian hàng kinh doanh sản phẩm gia dụng trên sàn thương mại điện tử Shopee Việt Nam bằng việc sử dụng phương pháp hai giai đoạn: DEA-BCC định hướng đầu ra ở Giai đoạn 1, kết hợp hồi quy Tobit kiểm duyệt hai phía ở Giai đoạn 2. Kết quả cho thấy điểm hiệu quả trung bình toàn mẫu chỉ đạt khoảng 0,21, với 173 gian hàng (93,0%) chưa đạt hiệu quả tối đa và tồn tại sự khác biệt đáng kể về hiệu quả hoạt động. Dựa trên lý thuyết tín hiệu, lý thuyết chuyển giao niềm tin và truyền miệng điện tử (eWOM), nghiên cứu cho thấy khi điểm đánh giá đã bão hòa ở mức cao, khối lượng eWOM (đo bằng số lượt đánh giá) trở thành tín hiệu quan trọng nhất thúc đẩy hiệu quả hoạt động của gian hàng (β = 0,0635; p = 0,000). Nghiên cứu góp phần bổ sung bằng chứng thực nghiệm và cung cấp hàm ý quản trị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của các nhà bán hàng trên nền tảng thương mại điện tử.
