DOI 10.54404/jts.2026.215v.05

Abstract

his study examines the impact of internal factors on the performance of listed real estate firms. The research uses a balanced panel dataset comprising 380 firm-year observations from 76 real estate companies listed on the two Vietnamese Stock Exchanges, covering the period from 2020 to 2024. The findings provide empirical evidence of the positive influence of firm size, total asset turnover, and revenue growth on the financial performance of listed real estate firms. Additionally, the study reveals a negative impact of financial leverage on the Return on Assets (ROA) of these companies. At the enterprise level, these results provide valuable insights for corporate managers, owners, or shareholders to guide financial governance activities and ensure sustainable performance. Furthermore, the findings may serve as a valuable reference for investors in identifying investment opportunities to achieve optimal returns.
