A study on student satisfaction in tourism industry-specific training programs

Abstract

This study aims to build a model, scale, and evaluate the impacting factors on student satisfaction in tourism industry-specific training programs at several universities. A data set was collected from 368 students from 2 universities, including the Thuongmai University, Dainam University. By qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study has identified five independent variables including facilities, university-enterprise cooperation, lecturers, practical program have a positive impact on the students' satisfaction. Meanwhile, the impact of the training program on student satisfaction was not clear. From the findings, some implications were given to help universities improve students' satisfaction.Nguồn tin: Journal of Trade Science
