Tác động của triển khai trí tuệ nhân tạo đến sự hài lòng công việc trong ngành logistics: Nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu phân tích cách thức việc triển khai trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng công việc trong các doanh nghiệp dịch vụ logistics. Sử dụng phương pháp PLS-SEM với phần mềm SmartPLS, kiểm định dữ liệu cắt ngang từ mẫu thuận tiện gồm 240 người lao động ngành logistics tại khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, kết quả cho thấy việc triển khai AI, giao tiếp của tổ chức và phát triển kỹ năng nhân viên có tác động tích cực đến khả năng thích ứng với AI. Tuy nhiên, việc triển khai AI không tác động đến sự bất an trong công việc; phát triển kỹ năng nhân viên và giao tiếp của tổ chức làm giảm sự bất an trong công việc. Việc triển khai AI, giao tiếp của tổ chức có tác động tích cực đến cảm nhận hữu ích, trong khi phát triển kỹ năng nhân viên thì không. Khả năng thích ứng với AI và cảm nhận hữu ích tác động tích cực đến sự hài lòng công việc, trong khi đó, sự bất an trong công việc tác động tiêu cực đến sự hài lòng công việc. Trên cơ sở đó, doanh nghiệp ngành logistics cần xây dựng chiến lược tích hợp chu đáo trong tổ chức, định vị AI như một yếu tố bổ sung chứ không phải là một yếu tố thay thế cho vai trò và khả năng của con người.
