Trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp và hành vi công dân tổ chức của nhân viên ngân hàng tại Việt Nam: vai trò trung gian của vốn tâm lý và điều tiết của bản sắc đạo đức

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đo lường ảnh hưởng của phản ứng của nhân viên đối với các hoạt động trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp đến vốn tâm lý và hành vi công dân tổ chức, dưới sự điều tiết của bản sắc đạo đức. Dữ liệu từ được thu thập từ 401 nhân viên làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp ngân hàng có thực hiện các hoạt động CSR tại Việt Nam, được xử lý bằng phương pháp phân tích mô hình đo lường và phân tích mô hình cấu trúc qua SmartPLS4. Kết quả cho thấy nhận thức và sự tham gia vào hoạt động CSR có tác động tích cực đến hành vi công dân tổ chức của nhân viên, đồng thời khẳng định bản sắc đạo đức đóng vai trò như một yếu tố khuếch đại phản ứng tâm lý. Các đề xuất và gợi ý chính sách được đưa ra dựa trên các kết quả này.
